Kevin, Stuart, and the team at SERVPRO took great care of my family this past weekend. After the initial restoration company I booked with could not deliver...and didn't even show up as promised...SERVPRO arrived within two hours of notification. Being a holiday weekend, our leaky pipes had a real chance of causing havoc with my daughter's bedroom if not remedied promptly. Kevin and Stuart showed up on time, took immediate action with dehumidifiers/air movers, and put our worries at ease. Kevin continued to monitor temps & moisture the next few days to make sure everything went well. I can't say enough about this experience. If you have an issue like a flood, call this Co. For me they responded on the same day (a week-end to boot), and spent 6-hours thoroughly mitigating the issue to ensure it didn't get worse. Follow-up communications and actions were exceptional. Highly recommended!
