Ceiling Caves in Prescott Valley, Home

A big mess to cleanup from a broken pipe.

All the insulation had fallen out with the ceiling when it finally caved in. The drywall in the ceiling couldn't hold the insulation because it was too heavy from soaking up the water from a leaking pipe.

If you have ever cleaned up insulation then you know it is no picnic. I can feel my skin itching just thinking about it. SERVPRO of Yavapai County had their technician suit up in personal protective gear before cleaning up this mess.

All of the ceiling and insulation debris was removed and the concrete throughly cleaned and disinfected. The room is now ready for the ceiling to be replaced.
