Flooded Hallway From Heavy Rains

Rain Water Damage

This home in Prescott, AZ was flooded from the outside when it rained heavily throughout the night. A rare occasion for Arizona but it does happen. The rain water filled up the storm drains and eventually made it into some of the homes.

The owners of the home called SERVPRO of Yavapai County asking if we could help. The second picture shows what the area looked like after we finished extracting the water and removing the wet building materials.

In the case of water from the outside it is necessary to flood cut the drywall that was wet. This insures that no bacteria is left behind to cause health issues.
