Toilet Overflow Damages Office

Nobody wants to be the guy who clogged the toilet but that is exactly what happened in this warehouse. The toilet overflowed and the water just continued to pour out. Because the damage contained feces anything that was porous was needed to be removed.

Our technicians from SERVPRO of Yavapai County removed the carpets and pads and disposed of them. Next they cut out the wet drywall evenly. Finally, all of the concrete was pressure washed and disinfected to kill off any bacteria from the toilet before our air movers and dehumidifiers dried everything. Now the office is ready to be rebuilt.
