A Cold Snap Freezing Pipes in Chino Valley

Pipe Bursts from Freezing Weather

A cold snap caused multiple homes to have frozen pipes. Some of these frozen pipes broke and caused a lot of damage. This first picture shows a bedroom that was damaged. The pipe broke the ceiling and dumped out all the insulation.

SERVPRO of Yavapai County ended up being very busy in Chino Valley cleaning up after multiple homes suffered from the freeze.

We want to remind everyone to keep their heaters on to at least 55 degrees during the winter, especially during the holidays since many people go out of town. Leaving the heater on will make sure you come back to your home and not a disaster.
