A Cold Snap Freezing Pipes in Chino Valley
Pipe Bursts from Freezing Weather

SERVPRO of Yavapai County ended up being very busy in Chino Valley cleaning up after multiple homes suffered from the freeze.
We want to remind everyone to keep their heaters on to at least 55 degrees during the winter, especially during the holidays since many people go out of town. Leaving the heater on will make sure you come back to your home and not a disaster.
