Water Damage and Mold Damage

Prescott Home with Mold and Water Damage

The supply line in the bathroom broke and flooded the quite a bit of the flooring. The entire hall was soaked. The homeowners woke up and found the water. One of the worst feelings in the world is stepping on wet carpet while wearing socks (shudder).

After removing the carpet and pad we noticed some mold growing along the backstop and subfloor. Those would have to be cleaned up before being able to continue with the restoration of the home.

The next step will be to contain the hallway using plastic to keep mold spores from being spread to uncontaminated areas of the home.
