Mold Behind Bathroom Insert

Water Leak in Bathroom

Water continued to leak behind the bathroom insert without the knowledge of the homeowners. They didn't realize there was something wrong until the mold started appearing around the sides of the tub.

After calling their insurance company the owners called SERVPRO of Yavapai County to remove the mold containing materials. The entire insert and drywall needed to be removed. If you take a closer look you can see that we found mold in the opposite rooms well.

All the white along the studs are where our technicians cleaned mold and sealed the wood to keep root system from taking hold again in the event of another water damage.
